Indiana Department of Insurance Earns Distinguished Honor
Deputy Commissioner, Chet Pietras, Receives Governor's Public Service Achievement Award
Okemos, MI., June 18, 2007 - Sircon Corporation today acknowledges the hard work and dedication of The Indiana Department of Insurance Deputy Commissioner, Chet Pietras. On May 9, 2007 Indiana Governor, Mitch Daniels, awarded Chet with a Public Achievement award for his work in reorganizing the producer licensing, insurance licensing exams, pre-licensing education and continuing education sections of the Indiana Department of Insurance.
"Chet redesigned many of the systems that oversee the administration of agent licensing activities for the department," said Commissioner, Jim Atterholt. "Under Chet's leadership, test results for applicants are available within minutes and now the agency Website is a true resource for agents."
