Sircon gives education providers a direct connection to state insurance departments for submitting course completions and processing other education transactions.

Insurance pre-licensing, continuing education and training providers have come to rely on Sircon for ease in the filing processes. Sircon allows them to electronically file course approvals, course offerings, class schedules and course completion rosters directly to state tracking systems.

Sircon for Education Providers includes the following services:

  • Available Course Offerings Inquiry: Search for classroom course offerings available on or after the current date
  • Approved Courses Inquiry: Search for active courses approved by the state
  • Approved Providers Inquiry: Search for active providers approved by the state
  • Classroom Offering Maintenance: Add or modify classroom course offerings for approved courses
  • Continuing Education Course Completions: Submit course rosters for individuals who have successfully completed a continuing education course
  • Upload Continuing Education Course Completions: Upload a file containing course rosters for individuals who have successfully completed a continuing education course
  • Pre-licensing Education Course Completions: Submit course rosters for individuals who have successfully completed a pre-licensing education course
  • Upload Pre-licensing Education Course Completions: Upload a file containing course rosters for individuals who have successfully completed a pre-licensing education course
  • Education Activity Inquiry: Search for transactions submitted by the provider
  • Continuing Education Course Application: Submit an application for course approval in one or more states
  • Course Renewals: Renew approved courses in one or more states
  • Education Information Center: View recent provider notifications, lookup state contact information and download instructions and forms

  • Approved Providers Inquiry: Search for active providers approved by the state
